It was an enjoyable experience to serve the Lord on the 1st Day of the Lunar New Year! And look at the backdrop; Its awesome!

Truly, I enjoyed playing it cos' it gave me a special vibe of anointing from the Holy Spirits! Sometimes the beats & percussions that I played were not the ordinary beats that I know of. Not by might, But it was MOVED by Holy Spirit!

Its like entering another realm where the music was so soothing and the spirits are High! And no joke, they were so Comforting!

Its Moo Moo Lunar Year!

Tong Tong Chiang! Here comes the Mooo year.....



Again its the season where Chinese folks are crazy about 4 usual items:-
1. Wealth & Luck
2. Career
3. Health
4. Relationship

Countless Fengshui's masters are making quick bucks out of this season because all these items revolve around the "DESIRES of MAN".

Well, I consider these peoples are soothsayers that could not even hold their arguements. They talked about water, air and land in nature. How could a jade placed at the so and so direction could absorb bad energy lah?!

If bad energy is the input, then what is the output ler? Really siao one.....Thundercats come out ah?! Hey! Who created the water, air and land? If it is not God, who else?

Im sure these peoples do not study science. Cos energy by nature cannot be destroyed but will turn into another form lah. Even Thomas Edison will agree with that. See, how foolish sometimes Chinese can be.
Anyhow, this is not the purpose of this post...........If fengshui master didn’t tell me that, I also want all these 4 above-mentioned items. *wink* Haha =P

1. Wealth & Luck
Wealth; I want but I want wealth that could glorifies Jesus lah. As for luck, I’m not really a believer of luck but I believe my destiny is in God's mighty hands. Well, Jesus is the Richest Man from Heaven lar....So I’m gonna bug him more in prayers this year. Maybe I'll get bigger mansion in the end times. And I want Yamaha's Stage Custom Double Drum Sets there! Tee Hee! ^_^

2. Career
a. Eventually, I found the job that I love and still in it.
b. Managed to get another award from the management in 2008. Yeah!
c. Written technical papers into the company's 2008 symposium and it was really satisfying.
d. Elected as one of the little tech-leads for the company's new product development.
e. Was given the opportunity to pursue Black Belt....eh not karate lah! Its Six Sigma program...
f. Still pursuing my postgraduate study and really love it to bits.

With all these intact, my roles and responsibilities have expanded. Apparently, they ate up my schedules and working till 2am morning became a norm. Sigh! I need a pay rise and holiday!
Boss, if you see this, you know what to do lah! =P

3. Health
No major issues on health int he year of rat but I did fell really sick (fever, cough, flu and sore throat) for several times due to stress at work. Lesson learned is I need a balance life. Will need to improve my immune system.

4. Relationship
Hmmm....This is the toughest to write. Tried, invested and communicated to a person that I waited for 2.5 years but no progress so far. Its pretty tiring and perhaps I should give up. Maybe she is not mine and I should look elsewhere. However Im glad that I tried and will never regret over it. Maybe career should be my focus this year. Stay focus Adrian!

Statistically, I got 2/4 = 50% of Chinese's craze! Cannot be, I gotta buff up on health. As for relationship, cannot help much.

Its about 7pm and Im walking towards my car after a rough day at work........But something just caught my attention and I paused for a while....

The night was closing in but the sun refused to give up its rays..... And at the darkest hour, it shined the best.......I felt so humble with HIS presence.; Cos He never give up on me.....and why should I.....=)

Im delighted to receive this from the IEEE........it is one of the world's most prestigious engineering society from the States!......

The society that brings all the researchers and nerds around the globe together......

And I need not to pay any penny for this membership at all......Thanks to my company for that! WooHoo! Im Lovin it!

See!...the membership will last me till 31st December ........my B-day....=)

Rocking Damai Laut Resort!

Ehem! It has been few months that I left my blog untouched....Haha....Too busy with work lately...

Late April, I went to Damai Laut Resort for the teambuilding event with the engineering folks. The best part was all the expenses incurred from this trip was fully paid by the company....Whoopie! =)

With lotsa of other outdoor activities like tunneling rats, fill up the barrel, scateboard in duo, tyres transfering and many more in the afternoon session.....

And in the end of the 2nd day.....Tada!....See all the nerds from the RnD department.....Packing & ready to head back to Penang...

Somehow, the very next day.....all of us got backaches la!.....walk also; one kind.....Wahahaha! =P
